Spill The Dirt

Spill the Dirt began as a branding brief for a Christchurch florist looking to stand out in a market that often leans either ultra-luxury or overly generic.
The challenge was to capture the personality of floristry - the messiness, warmth, and hands-on nature of working with flowers and soil - without the brand feeling overly rustic.
I developed a visual identity using soft earthy tones, friendly typography, and organic illustration to create a brand that feels approachable and full of character.
The goal was to make the brand feel like someone you’d genuinely enjoy buying flowers from - warm, personal, and slightly playful.
The final identity system includes logo design, signage, business cards, stickers, and social media assets, creating a cohesive brand that translates seamlessly across both physical and digital touchpoints.
